Something caught your eye.
“Whoa.. I’ve never seen anything like this before. I really want it. How much is this thing?”
“$20? That’s an hour at work”
When you’re at the store, staring down an impulse purchase.
Crunch the numbers.
Itemize the cost.
How many hours would I have to work to pay for this? This thing you’ve picked up; Is it worth an hour or two, or three that you spent working?
You gotta work to buy things.
Things should not work to buy YOU.
