How I lost 200lbs-The Tip Jar: TIP #11

There’s lots of different calorie tracking apps out there. If you feel that you can benefit from it, USE IT!

Its a great way to ensure you’re staying on track and not going over.

Personally, I only tracked my food for the first month or so. After I got used to my new daily routine, I ditched the Myfitnesspal app.

It’s time to rhyme–“Two shakes, a meal, and a snack? What’s to track?!”

Being somewhat a novice chef/baker/veteran dieter, I’ve got a knack for “eyeballing” and measuring. Preparing by serving size makes the splits easy. As well as knowing the capacity to your bowls/dishes.

Take my advice with a grain of salt. This is YOUR journey, if you want to journal your meals, GO FOR IT!

Stay on track!
