Never miss TWO.

“I need to start drinking water”

“I gotta start cooking at home more”

Whatever your case may be.

When starting and building new habits; never miss more than two days in a row.

It’s OK to miss a day.
Or two.

It’s a great way to hold yourself accountable.

This little hack has really helped me maintain habits long-term as well!
