I’ve been doing this consistently every single day since June 2021. Simply by being aware and keeping myself in check.
Why is it not coming off? DON’T QUIT!
It’s certainly not going to come off any faster if you go back to McDonald’s for two doubles and a large fry.
I remember about five months into my journey, I’d lost almost 50lbs and I was only 11lbs from being out of the 300s.
This was around November/December. You know, when all the really good food comes around. I was STUCK! Stuck from Halloween to Thanksgiving, nothing came off.
Then, the day after Thanksgiving… 299! I stuck with it and I can tell you, it will eventually come off.
And it’s like a scale jackpot when it does! For me, I’ll be stuck for a while, get on the scale a week later and I’ve dropped 7 or 8lbs. Your body is changing, and it takes time.
None of us got to this point in weeks or a few months, it took YEARS to get here.
It may take YEARS to get out. Stay focused. Stay committed. It’s not a TIME thing, it’s a LIFE thing!
