I know most will tell you, do not snack after 6pm. But, I DO!

I have yogurt, cereal, ice cream, cheese..whatever sounds good for the night. I limit this to what I’ve already eaten for the day, and how much “allowance” I have.

Typically I stay around 200-400 for an evening snack. This keeps me in check for dinner. I know I will be eating again in a couple of hours.

My snack is almost always something sweet. Sometimes cookies, sometimes healthy. If my dinner is low, I’ll splurge for snacks to make up for it. Vice versa. If my dinner was high, I would just have cereal or yogurt for a snack.
