Something OR Nothing Mindset.
The three ways we react to opportunities.
Why action matters.
Life is like water; it’s free-flowing and a force that’s always moving. Opportunities are like waves meeting us on the sand. When the wave of opportunity hits the shore, what are we going to do?
Our reaction is everything.
It’s either something or nothing.
There’s three scenarios;
Scenario A: Realize and react.
Scenario B: Deny and refuse.
Scenario C: Ignore and reschedule.

Our thoughts become our feelings, our feelings become our behaviors, and our behaviors become our actions.
Life is fluid; the world around us is constantly moving and scenarios are persistently “coming up” every day.
I’m not the same person I was when I was 370lbs. The old me; I would have stood firm in the sand, as the water buried me with every wave. The tide would have come in every day, washing me completely over. I would keep ignoring and denying. I was too tired to swim. I was almost literally “drowning” in my situation.
It all starts with a DECISION. It’s only after we REALIZE that we need to make a decision, before we can REACT.
Are you gonna do something? Or nothing?
Doing SOMETHING takes energy. It takes power. It takes strength. It takes belief. It takes faith.
Doing NOTHING is easy! When we do nothing; we have nothing to be proud of. And nothing accomplished. Nothing is comfortable, nothing happens.

I was living the “I deserve it” mentality for so many years. Every scenario that came up my way; ignore, refuse, deny, put off. Everything was rationalized; the self-manipulation was real. The “I can’t” attitude. I had zero patience. All I wanted to do was relax; because “I deserve it”!
Nobody deserves anything except peace.
And peace doesn’t come from xxx or xyz. It’s a gift, a present.
Awareness is just simply being present.
Do something or do nothing.
We’re equipped to react in the way we see ourselves. Being aware, wanting to do something, it connects us with other people. In the grand scheme of good energy; our energy is where human power comes from. Strength, power, potential; It’s a force to be reconciled with.
Believing you’re incompetent, focusing on your weaknesses; the “I can’t..” attitude; it kinda wrecks up the good energy flow and makes us truly powerless. How can we help others when we can’t help ourselves?
The world was designed on connection, care, unity and love. Each and every one of us was born and created for a purpose! How can we love others when we can’t love ourselves?
Internalize all the good. Strive to make the right decisions and the most loving choices. Manifest the cost of your hard work, and all that has been freely given to you. Change your mind, change your life, change your world! Build up, encourage, motivate.
You are your own narrator, how you see it, is how it is FOR YOU.
Life is a flow, keep movin’ along! Overcome the obstacles, and just BE!
