Why a Dog’s Morning Routine Can Inspire Your Day
The paws-itive doggy morning routine everyone could learn from.
There is power in negativity, and positivity.
Which way is your tail wagging?
Start Your Day with Gratitude and Mindfulness
Wake, Stretch, Go out!
Get along, Lil’ Doggy!
Every dog is different. Some dogs sleep with their owners. Other dogs sleep in a crate. There’s a few that sleep under the stars; outside.
Let the Sleeping Dogs lie
As a living creature; specifically, a mammal. Humans, like dogs; need sleep. Great sleep is beneficial to the body.
A far-fetched Thought
I wish I could be like Dr. Dolittle. If there was a way communicate with dogs. I’d ask ’em something like..
“What are your first thoughts in the morning?”

Unleash the Day!
Out of the dark slumber; you are awake! As your eyes open;
Begin
Begin thinking and thanking.
Think of the many things you are thankful and grateful for.
Every morning; each day; you’ve become
blessed.

Sit! Stay! Lay down!
These may sound like commands. But, it’s for our own good. Listen. Obey. Life is a treat!
In a dark room, with your head laid down. Your eyes just opened. Sit, stay, and lay down. Breathe the air. Feel the warmth. Let’s begin…
This is quite literally the very beginning of your entire day.
Take the time to begin. Give your gratitude. Be present. For this very moment, is the time your eyes have opened. Start each day by giving. The sun rises out of darkness; each dawn is an incredible work by God. It is quite literally a blessing.

Come on! Let’s go out!
Whether it’s a task or a plan; there’s things we must do. Just as each day has a beginning; each day has a plan. Some things we plan for ourselves. Other things are planned by other people. It’s easier to go on our own accord. After all, don’t we know what’s best for ourselves?
Stretch the Truth
Stretching is natural! As a living creature; it feels good to stretch. And dogs know this! Just in daily observation; I’ve noticed that my dog spends the first few movements of the day stretching her arms and legs.
Why do Dogs Stretch and What Does It Mean?
Do you want to go out?!
We must go out! However the truth is; None of us spend enough time in praise. Giving gratitude. Mentally enjoying the blessings. Physically stretching. Spiritually giving our love. It’s easy to get sidetracked and feel hurried along. Life can be commanding some days.
The Benefits of Stretching and Why It Feels Good
Catch what’s Crucial
As human beings, created by God. Our hearts are filled with many feelings and emotions. It’s Something or nothing. Throughout each moment in our everyday lives; We’re commanded to Love.

Match that Mindset
Through experiences, upbringing, influences, and environment; we’re all so unique. Each one of us has a purpose. As a living creature, a human being; we were born blessed. Each day of life is a gift given. Be present. Wake up! With God, all things are possible. Live fully and be fulfilled.
