Stop Thinking, Start Thanking: Gratitude for Your Mindset Journey

My brain is constantly running. Day-in and day-out; the things I “need to do”. What am I going to make for dinner tonight? Daydreaming about traveling somewhere. I’m a little ADHD sometimes. I’ve got OCD tendencies. I’ve got my family and friends. I have work. I have little projects. Chores. Dogs. And all the little things that consume my mind.
The fine little details in our lives. It makes the big picture.
Mind over matter; gratitude is greater.

Slow down.
Stop thinking.
Start thanking.
In the midst of the chaos; appreciate the things in that moment you’re thankful for.
(example; You’re in the shower. Feel the water, smell the soap, bask in gratitude with your warm water. Appreciate the luxury. Or go back to your perplexing shower thoughts!)
Those little things matter. And I’m thankful for every single one of ‘em!
I’m so blessed! I’m not sure about y’all, but; all that I’ve ever needed has been provided.
I’m grateful for every moment passed and every opportunity that comes. Thankfully, my presence is in the present ❤️
