One-Minute Rule


So many times I’ll put off doing something because “I don’t feel like it”. Or I’m just being straight up… Lazy. For lack of a better word.

When I get hit with these “moments”; I correct myself with the one minute rule.

If it takes you a minute to get done… just do it! Don’t put it off. Don’t wait another minute. Just do it!

I’ve gotten so much done with this hack.


It’s also a great way to keep your house clean.

It’s like getting out the scissors to do a craft project. Put ‘em away! It takes just a minute!

Another spin; it takes just as long to do something NOW, as it takes to do it later.

Go get ‘er done!
