The “noise” in my head can be a distraction. There’s temptations everywhere. Many opportunities that persistently come up throughout the day.
Thoughts, feelings, emotions.. The core of being “human”.
It takes commitment to change.
Not just “time”.
Time is what we all have. And there’s always plenty of time. We perpetually have the rest of our lives!
Commitment takes work, discipline, and focus.
Progress is seen with determination and dedication.
There’s a whole process to the equation. Kinda like math. Weight loss can be a tricky problem to solve. It’s like, algebra.
Time(x) + commitment (y) = progress (z)
I’m working to make this as simple as ABCs! or XYZ.
Time is right by your side! Make the decision. Commit to the right decisions, and make the most loving choices. The process equals progress!
