Eat until you’re satisfied.
Listen to your body, it will tell you when you’re fueled and nourished.
Take your time and enjoy the textures and taste of the food. Chew, savor, enjoy!
Remember, food is your friend. You want to spend quality time enjoying it. Quality over quantity!
You’re only eating one meal per day, enjoy every minute of it. What’s the rush? Eating to the point where you feel like you need to unbutton your pants and lay down. I used to eat like that every day!
These days, I absolutely hate the feeling of bloatedness. I am human like everyone else. We will all slip up. There have been times that I’ve gone for a 3rd piece of pizza and felt miserable afterwards.
It’s such a miserable, bloated, disgusting feeling. I make an effort to not get to this point. That’s not feeling “full”, it’s overeating.
