Head Hunger

The body can send out hunger signals, when we’re not properly hydrated. Chances are if you’ve eaten in the last 18 hours, your body is doing just fine. But, your mind CAN say otherwise.

Any time you feel “hungry”, drink at least 16 oz water.

This is big in the beginning. You’re making so many changes!

Chug that water, keep pushing through, and mentally push away the head hunger!

Drinking plenty of water throughout the whole day is IMPORTANT!

If we are properly hydrated throughout the day, the head hunger will subside completely.

Quench your thirst!
