How I lost 200lbs-The Tip Jar: TIP #7

Eat meat first, veggies second, “junk” last.

OK. This is probably my weirdest tip. However, I wish I could take all the credit! I actually found this genius tip through a gastric bypass support group on Facebook.

I eat in a certain order.

Fill up on protein first, then veggies, then by the time you’re to the potatoes or bread.. You’re going to start feeling full!

Even though, I didn’t have the surgery. This tip has helped ensure I am getting the most important nutrients of my meals.
