It’s November! It’s officially Indigenous American History Month. Halloween is behind us, the time changed, election day is over…The Holidays are upon us!

Right after Halloween, and shortly before Thanksgiving; there’s something to get real excited about!

The Pittsburgh Pet Expo is held annually the first full weekend after Halloween.

One of the best parts is the people and the dogs. It’s a gathering of dog lovers. And even more dogs. So many friends to make, and tails to chase!

Come on, guys!
Everyone in the family will enjoy a day at the Pet Expo. Over 300 vendors. Many, many exhibits. A full schedule of events. Activities. Fun. Excitement. Adventure!

Plenty of freebies to grab. Poop Bags, Can Koozies, and Frisbee freebies.

Absolutely YES! If you like dogs; you’ll LOVE this event.

A Day in the Life of a Dog Sitter
The David L. Lawrence Convention Center is 1.5 million square feet. Over 236,000 Square feet of exhibit space. It is the largest column-free exhibit hall in the United States.

The Pittsburgh Pet Expo is also the largest Pet Expo in the United States. Offering many activities such as;

Pittsburgh Pet Expo Highlights

How much are tickets to Pittsburgh Pet Expo?
Adults are $12 at the door. Children ages 6-16 are $6. Kids under 6 are free.

Is the Pet Expo good for kids?
The expo is crowded. And there’s lots of dogs. Kids will enjoy petting all the dogs! A little pep-talk for in the car; “Always ask first!”.
Is the Pet Expo Dog Friendly?
Of course! All dogs must be leashed. Puppies under six months old will be denied entry. As well as aggressive dogs.
BYOPB! Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Is it crowded?
Yes. The Pet Expo is crowded. There are usually lines to get in. I would recommend getting there early. We’ve planned as early as 9:30am.
Where can I park?
Parking is available across the street.
