Strive to make the best choices each day. Give all you can give, to the best of your abilities.

Focus on what truly matters.
We know what is actually important.
Just do better and be better!

It’ll happen naturally. Little changes add up to a big change. Eventually it becomes a part of who you are.

I’m a foodie who loves hiking adventures, and breaking out into random yoga moves.

Don’t pay attention to the progress or the milestones.

Keep doing what you’re doing.

Don’t count days and put “time limits” on yourself.

Fixed mindset focuses on time for a fix; over and done.

Growth mindset focuses on solely on growth, no matter how long it may take. In and out of season; taking each new day as it comes. Giving it all I can give until I take my last breath.
