Take a breather.

Reaction is everything. It’s either something or nothing.

In full-blown autonomy mode; A knee-jerk reaction is followed by spewing out whatever comes out of my mouth. Someone’s feelings get hurt. I say things I regret. It doesn’t always end well.

At that moment.. That moment when something happens. When I feel the tightness, the grip, the fury that comes with anger/upset/let down.

In that situation… and in all situations we have no control over.

Take a deep breath.

Inhale… Exhale..

Your responsibility is to respond.

Acknowledge feelings. They’re important. And valid.
“How would YOU want to be treated?”

Activate awareness to the situation:
“Problem solve with greater purpose”.

Our purpose is to work together, as humankind, for the sake of common good. Forbearing with each other despite difficulties and differences. Striving for the BEST possible outcome in every situation.

Show love.
Give yourself.
Respect others.
Respond with purpose.
Strive for the BEST.
