Immediately when I’m reminded to do something; I take it as my reminder.
Do it now!
Give the reminder the right response!
Gone are the days of thinking “Oh, yeah.. I gotta switch the laundry over too”.
*goes off to do 159 other things*
Then I completely forget about laundry.
Five hours later, I’m reminded again.
Now it’s rancid.
Wash it again.
Ugh..
Throughout the day, I’ll find myself multi-tasking. Which leads to “tangle brain”. When our brain is all tangled up, it’s hard to focus and complete tasks.
Respond to the reminder!
Internally repeat until you’re finished!
